  • Can I do this at home, or do I need a gym?

    Both work. You can train at home or in a gym — whichever fits your life.

  • If I do this at home, what equipment will I need?

    To start, you’ll need: 1. Dumbbells 2. Mini bands 3. Long resistance band 4. A mat

  • I have chronic pain in my ___ . Can I still join?

  • How much time and energy commitment is needed?

    Most workouts take 30 to 50 minutes. Start with 3–4 days per week. On busy weeks, do a shorter session and keep the habit going.

  • How can I make sure I’m doing the workouts correctly?

  • Can I cancel anytime? What happens after I cancel?
