    This is not 1:1 personal training. You get structured programs with joint-friendly options so you can match your level. If you want 1:1 support, message me about personal training.

  • How can I ensure I’m performing the workouts correctly?

    You’ll get demo videos + clear coaching cues. Form support and feedback is available based on your plan.

  • Is there a community aspect to the membership?

    Yes. You’ll get access to a WhatsApp group for support, accountability, and questions as you go.

  • Can I do this at home, or do I need a gym?

    Both work. Train at home or in a gym.

  • If I do this at home, what equipment will I need?

    To start: dumbbells, a set of mini bands, a long resistance band, and a mat.

  • I have chronic pain in my ___. Can I still join?

    Many women join with aches and pain. You’ll get joint-friendly options and ways to scale. If you’re unsure, message me before you start and I’ll guide you.

  • How much time and energy commitment is needed?

    Start with 2–4 days a week. On busy weeks, do fewer sessions and keep moving.

  • Will I have access after my membership expires?

    Access stays active while your membership is active. If you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your paid period.

  • Refund policy

    Because you get instant access right away, payments are non-refundable. Your membership auto-renews, and you can cancel anytime before the next billing date.
